We're operators. We just happen to ship software.

Oldara was born from a simple frustration: most "automation" advice is written by people who've never run a P&L. We started by automating our own e-commerce brands, then turned the same playbook into a service for teams that want measurable leverage — not another deck.

What we believe

Every business has a handful of workflows that quietly eat 30–70% of the team's time without showing up in any KPI dashboard. Customer onboarding handoffs, returns processing, lead routing, content production, internal reporting, vendor reconciliation — the boring middle of the org chart.

That's exactly where modern automation and well-scoped AI agents create absurd amounts of leverage. Not by replacing people, but by giving them back the hours they were burning on rework.

How we're different

  • We run real businesses. Oldara operates its own e-commerce brands. We feel every poorly-set-up flow, every broken inventory sync, every 4am support ticket. Our work is built from that scar tissue.
  • We deliver code, not slides. You leave each engagement with working systems, full documentation, and the credentials to run them yourself. No black boxes.
  • We're opinionated about "agentic". Not every problem needs an AI agent. We use boring, observable automation wherever it's enough — and surgical AI where judgement actually moves the needle.

The stack we love

Shopify, Supabase, Vercel, n8n, Resend, Twilio, Claude, OpenAI, and whatever else fits. We're tool-agnostic about everything except outcomes.

Where we are

Oldara Corp Company is based in Miami, Florida — building for clients across the US and (soon) Latin America. Our team is small on purpose: we hire operators who can both think clearly and ship code on the same afternoon.
